While creating this site I have decided not to follow the “Notes on the Net” (I took the liberty of translating the contest’s name into English) tradition and to not upload a knowledge quiz – I ecnourage you to try going to the website http://www.cambridge-mt.com/ms-mtk.htm and downloading one of the file sets, I would suggest one of those with lower amount of tracks in it. The University of Cambridge is sharing its database of musical recording used throughout the world by other Universities as well as ordinary people in order to improve mixing skills.

I am aware that this short course has merely touched the enormous field of creating a good mix, but I hope that it has given you the foundations to be able to start you fun with an actual music file edition. It is not a subject that can be thought, you will have to learn through practice, there is no other way. Good luck!
